Answer:	The one shown is in cream form. It's a tube and is thick, hence paste. Use sparingly, a thin layer works better. Hopefully that helps

Products like this tend to work more by creating a barrier between the flesh and moisture but since they do nourish the skin I imagine that it would be possible - just not idea. If you are looking to prevent razor burn I would suggest shaving with a product like American Crew shave gel or simply using cocoa butter after a shave.

When it arrived, I was surprised there was no seal on the jar, but unconcerned because some products only have a safety seal inside. I twisted the cap and product started spilling out over the side of the container. I checked the Johnson & Johnson website, but didn't see any picture or text concerning a safety seal, so I called Customer Service. She seemed surprised that I even questioned whether there was supposed to be a safety seal. I tried to explain that I was old enough to remember the Tylenol-tampering issue, when innocent consumers DIED, and that as a result of that litigation, all drugstore products needed a seal to ensure against tampering. She kept trying to blame me for having personal concerns . . . Not acceptable customer service; not acceptable in a product delivered with no verified chain of custody.

Answer:	It is the white mallow. And we love it! Works wonders for sensitive skin

Answer:	It doesn't sting. It goes on like a thick white cream but it dries quickly and the white disappears. You don't feel it at all. No stickiness or anything. But wait til it dries before dressing! Because it is water resistant it takes several washes to remove from cloth.

Answer:	I have the same question. They seem to be the same tho but the outside says diaper cream and diaper rash....

Answer:	Yes mine did as well. Because it's secured in the box it does not come sealed

Answer:	Any products with petrolatum or zinc oxide are not recommended for cloth diapers --petrolatum creates a moisture barrier, which is good on the baby bottom but is the same reason why when it gets onto a cloth diaper, it makes the diaper less absorbent and therefore less effective. it does not wash out easily. zinc oxide can turn a cloth diaper yellow and crusty with washing.
Question:	What's the expiration date
Answer:	Each bottle will have a different expiration date. You will need to check the bottle.

Answer:	I'm currently looking at the Advanced Therapy label and the active and inactive ingredients are exactly the same as the baby formula ingredients. I think the previous response was talking about the Original Formula Aquaphor, not Advanced Therapy Healing Ointment.
