Answer:	I’ve used this brand since the late 1970’s and it has stopped every did of many that I have encountered. The sound typically only reaches twenty feet. Beyond twenty feet, the sound drops of quickly. I’ve had very aggressive dogs run hard at me until they get into the twenty foot range and then hit the brakes. The only exception are deaf dogs. I’ve, also used it to repel stray cats, neighbors nuisance barking dogs on the other side of the fence, marauding coyotes, etc.

Answer:	No! Hard to say it works at all. Nor would I ever suggest using it in hopes of stopping an aggressive dog. I find it useless.

Answer:	Yes, the sides collapse to the middle just as on the higher priced walkers. I have an expensive priced walker given to me through Medicare and this one is just as sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.

Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.

Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

Answer:	Wheels are 1 1/2 in wide the front span of the front wheels is 16 inches, and yes it is easy to handle. And will go through doors easily. Fits in the back of the van very easily not very heavy.

Answer:	The handlebars fold down to make it more compact -- a little tricky the first time you try it, but easy when you figure out how. I can easily transport it in my Honda FIT when folded, but can even squeeze it into certain spots when handlebars are up. And yeah, I'm no spring chicken, pushing 65.
Question:	I see others have pads that seem to be molded to a leg while this one is flat without raised sides. Is it easy to keep your leg on the pad
Answer:	I have several months of experience on both types of pads, and I will tell you the flat ones are better, but a fuzzy 2" foam pad on top of a flat one is optimal. The knee-divot model tends to have a topographical logo in the middle of the divot, which ends up making an impression on your leg. It's not fun, or comfortable. I had to deal with that for the better part of 6 months. I've had this knee rover model for about 3 years now, I put a 2" fuzzy foam pad on it 2 months ago, and that's the most comfortable a scooter has been.

Answer:	Yes, BUT: instructions state to first use the parking hand brakes to lock the wheels.Once the wheels are locked, pull up to standing from a seated position. To unlock the wheels,instructions say to press the flexible bottom handle up to the top handle. I have used the walker this way.I'm a senior woman that weighs 2oo lbs. and am 5' 10" tall.

Answer:	The only installation you do is slide the handles into the frame of the chair. The brakes are attached to the handles prior to arrival. The other installation is placing the basket under the seat. No tools needed for either process.

This device works good but to be safe get something for the back to cover your whole car. Our insurance paid for the cleanup twice. If this happens to you please let your insurance company know and they will get the ball rolling if there is any damage.

Answer:	I already gave it away as a Christmas present so I can't measure it now, but it was about 18" long, maybe a foot wide, and each basket as perhaps 6" deep. I'm just guessing at this point. I figured it'd be ideal for holding small bottles and sponges and scrub pads under the kitchen sink. A portable oxygen machine sounds like at least one of its dimension would be too big, and perhaps it'd be too heavy. I can't be sure what advantage there would be to put a portable O2 machine in a wire basket. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Answer:	We have a large medium-pile rug, and the walker with any weight in it will barely budge, even after adding WD-40 to the wheels. Our 9-month-old with relatively strong legs can't push it. Rolls okay on our hardwood areas, but not particularly well. The back rubber wheels are set on straight, so they do not turn, and they are on tight, so it takes some effort for even an adult to push it. (Yes, the base is unlocked.)
