We’ve used a few of them to keep both our 6-7 pound Toy poodle and our 12 pound terrier-poodle rescue out of certain sections of our yard, and even with long fast runs up to these 24” high barriers, neither ever made it over, but I suspect after one or two attempts at standing on their hind legs to lean on these metal contraptions was enough to teach them the fencing is just plain scary. Our mix pup does a hilarious hind leg walk along the edge now without touching the fencing. The nice part for us is the ease of stepping over them without using/needing a gate. |
