Answer:	The manufacturer tested it at various points along the scale of 3-100 psi and found it to be accurate to .1 PSI across the scale. We have also sold many of these with no incidents of inaccuracy reported to date.

Answer:	It will fit bicycle tires but only measures up to 50psi; most bicycle tires are up in the 80-130psi range. So this won't work for bicycles, and that should be removed from the product description.

Question:	Does the reading stay lit when removed from the valve or does it immediately shut off
Answer:	The filter is based on how many grains of solids it can filter. You have to find out how hard your water is and how much water you will use through it. This will kind of give you a rough estimate of how long the filter will last. This filter is rated at 750 grains, so do the math. With my Alex Duette 2 espresso machine making 5-6 drinks per day, I can go a year before changing the filter. But I change the filter every 6 months just because.
Question:	What kind of battery does this use and is it easily replaceable
Answer:	Remember this is a water softening filter not a particulate removal filter. Normally you put clean hard water through it and out comes softened water. You don't recirculate water through it. It is a one pass type filter. If you are softening with it and the water is coming out hard, you need to regenerate the ion exchange media by submerging in a small tub of brine water and then flush out the brine and it is ready to go.
Question:	How long do batteries last and is it easy to replace them
Answer:	I change the filter every 6 months, of course it depends on your water usage. Check on the packaging to see how many gallons the filter is good for and keep track of your water meter for a month or two to give you an idea.

Question:	Is it normal that there is sticky oil on the white measurement display plastic stick
Answer:	I have used this brand of air pressure gauge for over 6 months and, after opening at least 25-30 new ones, have never come across any with oil/sticky stuff on the sliding white portion. Seems logical that if this part is not dry, the calibration of the gauge will be wrong because of more resistance to 'push' the stick out of the barrel where tire pressure is sensed.

Answer:	It is accurate and reliable. I have had expensive gauges and they don’t work any better than these. Besides, when the gauge wears out, it is cheap to replace.

Answer:	Here's the bottom line. This is a cheap but reliable tire gauge that is as good as the ridiculously more expensive ones and will last just as long. When it stops working, you buy a new one with little skin off your nose. Honestly, if I were you, I would not sweat the details. Just buy it, use it, don't worry about it. My take, your call. Useful note:

In order to get a good seal, please put the tire's air nozzle up or off to the side. It's the best when the nozzle is around 6 or 7 o'clock position so that you can firmly press the guage straight down which means you have to crane your head a little bit for reading. Always remember the most important thing for you is to be able to press down straight & hard onto the tire's nozzle.

Answer:	After receiving my two-pack, I opened one to check the batteries because the instructions that came with the gauges failed to identify the batteries and I didn't find the previous answers to this question until after I had checked my gauge. AstroAI indicated that the gauge uses 3 @ AG13 (Silver Oxide) batteries and 1 @ CR2032 (Lithium) battery. I found 3 @ LR44 (Alkaline) batteries and 1 @ CR2032 (Lithium) battery. It's useful to note that the LR44 alkaline battery is cheaper and has a shorter life than the AG33 silver battery. I also don't trust small alkaline batteries in devices such as this where they can leak. When my batteries need to be replaced, I will use the AG13s. Looking at the wiring in the gauge, it is apparent that the single CR2032 powers the pressure transducer while the three LR44 or AG13 batteries power the light.

Answer:	Unless it's made in the city Usa, China, no. LOL. Made in China. But the description is inaccurate. States from 0 psi to 150 psi if I remember correctly. Answer:	I guess you could but it would be to much work. You would have to screw it on to the stem and unscrew the valve to get the pressure reading

Answer:	This is very well engineered. You screw the devise onto your valve stem. Keep the body with the hose close to the valve stem. Next take the end pieces and push inwards and unscrew the inside valve and it will push its self outwards. Next slide the body with the hose back and let the air out. If you want to stop the air just slide the body back down. Very easy to operate. Next once aired down screw the valve back in. If anything happens some spare valves and caps are sent with the kit.

Answer:	My gauge came with one battery installed and one plastic wrapped spare. The battery that was installed lasted about a year(+/-). The spare is in the gauge now and is approximately a year old. The battery life indicator shows full strength still. This is the best gauge I’ve ever owned. I bought it because it measures tire pressure in 1/10th increments. Meaning you can fill your tire to, say, 34.3 psi, you can. This is helpful for the drivers of cars with TPMS sensors that register PSI in whole numbers. Hope that helps. Bottom line - buy it. It’s well made, accurate and measures with good precision.

I'm happy to report this, as losing the reading was an issue with my Deluxe model that JACO immediately replaced. Both now hold readings, but I've not 'tested' how long for the Deluxe. Question:	Does it read low air pressure from 0-15 lbs
Answer:	It does read at those PSI ranges. According to there description it does read through the full scale with the same accuracy. I set the air PSI in my tractor tires at 18/20 PSI and it did seem to work well at that range. I bought a (non digital) 0 to 15 PSI gauge for my ATV’s. I did compare it and it was within 1 PSI. I read 4 PSI on my 0 to 15 range gauge and I read 3.4 on my digital Jaco gauge so it was actually very close.
Question:	Difference from 100 psi and 200 psi
Answer:	...simply the pressure range of the gauge. I've no idea of an application (tire) that requires pressures nearing 200 psi but.... That said, if the tires you're intending to use the gauges on don't EXCEED 100 psi -that is the gauge that should be purchased. As a rule of thumb -most good pressure gauges (any/all) are most accurate in the middle-to upper 2/3rds of their stated ranges.

Answer:	Yes, it is the best air chuck that I have ever used. It seals well and best of all, because it is narrow and long, it seals the first time every time. I have one caveat however. The downside of its length was that it was too long to make a seal on my motorcycle tires, which have a shorter valve stem. Bicycle tires may have the same issue.

Answer:	Yes, you have to press the release valve to relase the reading.
Question:	I have only a 2 inch clearance to fit a tire gauge on my outside dual on our motorhome; is the end to put on valve stem 2 inches or less

Answer:	You can use it for a motorcycle. I don't have a motorcycle. I keep it in my Class A RV. I check the tire pressures in all 6 tires before a trip. The big RV tires have a recommended inflation or 100-110 PSI. I use the angled adapter on all the tires.
