As for low light performance, the camera has a 1.8lx rating which is good but this is subjective, expectations can be different.

If that doesn't work, then try it with someone else's (preferably new) laptop. Some cheap/old laptops are built with too few capacitors and you probably shouldn't use this inverter. (Alternatively, you could hardwire capacitance into your charging cord). It's also possible that the product is not actually putting out a proper waveform. It works fine on my laptop, so I haven't tested that yet.

Haven’t tried it with every thing plugged in at once. Also there is a second cable with clamps (similar to battery cables)to go directly to a battery. I believe that cable can carry more than 15 amps. The unit itself has 30 Amp fuses for protection, I think that is to protect in when you do a direct connect to a battery. So if you are using it in the car I think you are fine. Ultimately it is the device(s) you are powering that determines the amperage actually drawn, so make sure those Colleyv timely are not requirenig more than 15 Amps.

Answer:	Yes, but you need an in-line fuse to protect your battery incase the inverter is accidentally shorted to ground. Preferably a removable fuse (160A) so you can safely service the unit if required.

Answer:	To whom it may concern, I bought the Tripp Lite 400W Car Power Inverter with 2 Outlets & 2 USB Charging Ports from Amazon in April of 2017. I have used it since then in my work truck for charging a laptop, a work tablet, a cell phone and a 12 volt car battery. I am unable to advise outside of these applications. Regards

Answer:	I have one with one USB port and two outlets. I have had it for over a year. it works great. The only issue I have is that the fan is loud.I just set it down on the floorboard and it isnt as bad. If needed I would buy it again.
Question:	How many amps does this inverter pull? I need to be under 15 amps
Answer:	I pulled the fuse and replaced it with an amp meter and observed no current flow after about one second while a very large filter capacitor charged. I have had this devise directly connected to my battery for months with no problems in my classic 1947 jeep.
