Answer:	It is just the dog door assembly. You put it on your existing screen and then cut the screen to allow the door to swing open and close. Installation is quite simple.

Answer:	I didn't have any zip ties with mine. I did remove the screen door off of the runners and worked on it on the living room floor. I watched a you tube instructional video on how to remove the door. Once on the floor I pressed one side of the door to the other underneath the screen material. Once the front was secured with the back I took a razor blade and cut around the swinging door and the installqtion was complete. Your dog (or cat) door will look exactly like the one in the picture once installed. All this to say if your door is like mine you don't need the zip ties for this installation.

Question:	How many amps are these extension cable adapters rated for
Answer:	It was the exact same size as my original. Mine has been installed a few weeks now and I have not had to make an adjustment 1 time since setting it up. I did notice it goes just a bit higher than my old one but that could be because the old one was just that “old”. I would buy again when I need another. I bought one of the cheaper options with installer tools and the tools would not work on my chair because piston was larger and their new piston was much smaller. I returned it to purchase this one for almost 2 times the price but my chair is a 1000.00 chair so why try to skimp on the right part.
