Answer:	As far as I know it is an original part. It fit perfectly when I put it in, sounds just like the original motor and has worked perfectly and we use a lot of ice.

Answer:	Use an alcohol swipe to clean the inside of the herb chamber, make sure to clean the ball & chain. Do not engage the motor while cleaning.
Question:	How long is the free warranty and return able
Answer:	Yes, you can grind even 1 gram. There are no blades inside only a metal string with tiny metal balls on it that when spinned is actually doing a pretty good job at grinding anything herb related. Think of it like an old coffee grinder. Turn it on for 3-4 seconds you get decent results. Turn it on for more than 10 seconds you get fine powder. No joke. There is one downside to using big buds. It might tangle the "blade" in witch you have to manualy split the bud in to reasonable size (thumb fingernail). I usually grind for 2 seconds open it up, remove the big stems(wood like) and then continue. If you leave those in there those are also gonna get turned into powder after a while. But that is just a matter of preference.

Answer:	This has a fixed incline. One previous reviewer put a 2x4 under the end to make it more level. However, I found the tread does not move as smoothly if you do that. The closer to the front you stand the slower it goes. The closer to the back you stand the faster it goes.

Answer:	It’s very small and easy to move. I’m over 60 and I found it difficult to use. I ended up buying a Nordic Track treadmill from Sears and they delivered and set it up in my bedroom on the second floor of my house.
Question:	What is the fixed incline on this machine
Answer:	The manufacturer says 13.5%. I found it to be much too high for me so I put 2x4 under the back end and it works better for me. That is not recommended by the manufacturer, it is just what I did.

Answer:	Think of opening this bottle the same way you would with a Child-Proof prescription bottle lid. It's best to place bottle on a table and push down on the lid as you turn counter clockwise. Press down FIRMLY and turn until you hear a "pop sound", don't be afraid to push, you will not break the bottle. Fill, re-place lid, and gently turn clockwise to close, but do not try to tighten too far!

Answer:	The one I have, has rubber stoppers on the side of the pedals. They keep falling off and I keep putting them back on. Not sure about your model.
