Answer:	Not sure what you mean by mounted. It is lightweight and has no holes for screws.

Answer:	A flashing green light means it’s charging. When the green light stays on it’s charred. Did you try a different battery in the charger to test if the green light indicator is working? I think you may have a bad charger.

Question:	How long does it takes to fully charge car battery
Answer:	I think the answer to this question depends somewhat on how discharged the battery is to begin with. When I use this device to keep my two cars' batteries ready to go, the batteries are down around 12 volts, from the usual 12.5 V to 12.8 V or so after being fully charged. The automatic cycle of all the charging steps for a battery in that condition seems to take about two hours to complete, maybe a little less. I am guessing that a very discharged battery would take longer to complete. I think some of the early stage 'conditioning' steps always take the same amount of time, but then the later, actual charging steps, adjust as needed to bring the battery level to the proper point. Again, this is just my guess from watching the cycle. The documentation and on-screen display do not give very much information.
