OPERATION MANUAL:

1. Insert the handle into the hole of the grip sleeve.

2. Make sure the saddle is correctly positioned. To avoid damaging the socket, do not move the socket while the handle in the socket is intact.

3. To increase the load, use one hand to hold the front part of the handle and turn the other hand clockwise at the back of the handle.

COMMON FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS OF SCISSOR JACK

1.Lifting up and down is not smooth.

Reason 1：The lubricating oil on the screw is not enough in use.

Solutions：Apply lubricant evenly to the screw.

Reason 2：Foreign matters are stuck or damaged in Jack thread and lifting related parts.:

Solutions：When the jack is not used, it shall be protected and stored well, and the thread and parts shall not be damaged by collision.

2. The operation force is too large to raise when lifting.

Reason:The working stroke height and rated load of the model and Jack are not consistent. If the working height is too low and the load is too heavy, the jack will fail.

Solutions：According to the height from the top of the car to the ground and the total weight of the car, choose the jack with proper working stroke and rated load.

3.The jack is deformed to one side or the teeth are misaligned.

Reason:The other wheels of the vehicle are not blocked with tire pads when using the jack. Causes the jack to fail due to the movement when the vehicle is jacked up.

Solutions：Before jacking up the jack, block other wheels that do not need to be replaced from the front and rear with tire pads or hard objects.

Answer:	I didn’t bolt mine to the frame. I place them temporarily beneath the frame to help level and support the camper. They work very good leveling side to side and are better supports than the electric supports that came with the camper.

Question:	Do these come with all bolts and screws and insturctions
Answer:	What you see in the picture is what you get. To mount them you have to drill your frame to match the holes in the jacks and bolt them to the frame. Or you can do as I do and just raise them against the frame when I need them. They are easy to use.
Question:	What is the approximate time to install them
Answer:	They come complete with mounting screws. My application was not a permanent mount. I cut two 2x4's and bolted them to the jacks. This provides a contact point for my boat trailer. I park my trailer in the yard, then put the jacks under the fram in the back. Crank them up and relieve the weight off the axle and tires some not all, then leave it there until I take the boat out. Simple crank down, leave the jacks where they sit, and reverse the process when I return. For leaving them on a trailer, I would imagine it would take 20 minutes to pre-drill the mounting holes and install them.

Answer:	According to the stickers on the jacks they are American Made. They are extremely heavy duty. I have them on an 18,000lb fifth wheel and they will lift it. When collapsed they are about 6 inches high and about 24 inches in length. So 12 inches from the center. They should not stick out beyond the body of the camper. Hope this helps.

All said, these are much nicer and more sturdy than the cheap factory ones the trailer came with. I still won’t lift the trailer, just level from a nominal angle.

Answer:	Yes, but the predrilled holes do not match the holes in the trailer frame! Not by much but enough that I couldn’t get the bolts thru. Ended up taking the brackets off the damaged jack and putting them on these brackets to make them fit!

Answer:	The base is 6&1/2" wide, is 4&1/2" deep at the ends, but narrower at the middle. Realize that made-in-China items can quickly change depending on their latest vendor, i.e., low-bidder. I'm happy with mine, although the picture for mine showed it had a flat top, and mine has two small bumps that protrude--although only a very little bit. These might provide stability in some situations, don't pose a problem in most, but I'd have peferred that the top be flat.

Answer:	I'm sure it will work for the 2009 Toyota Corolla. The limit on the Jack is 3,000 pounds. This jack should easily lift the weight from one side or one corner. Be sure the jack is firmly under a frame member. I would recommend a Jack stand or blocks to place under the frame in the event of a mishap.

Answer:	I think it could depending on how you built the cabinet. I actually bought it for a similar purpose, I'm going to have it lift a miter saw out of the insides of a workbench. I haven't built it yet, but upon looking at the jack, I'm confident it will work for what I am doing. If you permanent attach the jack to the cabinet on the bottom as well as a table top like price on top, then have your tv permatly mounted onto that table too piece it should work. Your only hard part would be accessing the the nut that you is to raise and lower the jack... not sure how you would build the cabinet to give you access to that.

Answer:	I just talked to Tonya at Lippert who said that neither the 24" or 30" jacks come with a round foot pad. And there is no separate foot pad available. If some one has a Lippert or 3rd party part number for a round foot pad that will attach to the 30" bowtie foot, please post it.

Question:	Are they 5000lb jacks
Answer:	Grease attracts dirt, especially underneath a trailer, and that dirt gets in to the threads and causes binding. I would thoroughly clean the threaded portion with a good degreaser and only use a dry lubricant. A Google or Amazon search for dry dry lubricant will show the brands available.
Question:	do the jacks really only weigh 4.7 pounds together
Answer:	When ordered I received 2 complete sets
Question:	i have a 24' motor home. could i use these for leveling it when on uneven dirt
Answer:	I tried to find info on the "B" and couldn't find any. I replaced some old ones with these, and I had to drill a couple of the holes. Not a big deal. I mounted it with one bolt, and marked the rest of the holes and drilled them. These jacks work great! Hope this helps.
Question:	What kind of greases used on this UF
Answer:	I researched these from other sites, which all say they are 7,500lb per jack.
