Answer:	19 1/4 is the 2 ton. The 18 1/4 is the 3 ton. I have the 2 ton and measured max height from the ground to platform...it measured 20 1/4". So max height on the 2 ton is probably 19 1/4"

Answer:	The lever does not have to go all the way up to lift on the down stroke. You only need partial travel of the handle to lift, this may be obvious to you, but with shorter travel, you will have an increased quantity of strokes needed to reach your desired height. (That was super wordy.)

Answer:	The rings are attached to a slim piece if metal that houses the inner workings that runs up the spine, not the back cover. I purchased the 1" and 3" binders and am very satisfied. They are very durable and worth EVERY penny. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Outside diameter of the saddle pad is 4 1/4" .... There is a shoulder ( approximately 1/4" or more) to consider and inside diameter of it is 3 5/8" ... If I were putting a rubber pad on mine, I would stick with a 3 1/2" diameter... Another option, to maintain full pad diameter, would be to go with a 4 1/2" rubber pad and machine a surface just for that shoulder and the 4 dog ears that stand even a little taller. Good luck...

Answer:	I think I saw Taiwan on mine, but VERY good quality. I have a MATCO aluminum jack and it looks identical to it, and it was made in Taiwan. I have a Snap-On that was made in China, but it's been a good jack also. My MATCO jack is over 13 years old and still works great.
