Question:	Does grease leak behind the follower or plunger
Answer:	You will, over time, get some leakage past the plunger on this, and all, grease guns. Clean it out once in a while.
Question:	Any insights into the direction the plunger "cup" faces for using cartridges? I wish someone would post a picture as the instructions are bad
Answer:	I believe the cup will face toward the end with the hose on it. The direction you will be pumping the grease to the fitting.
Question:	How do you know where the gun is made before you purchase it
Answer:	You don't, unless you read some of the Amazon reviews where the country of origin is mentioned. But to be sure, I looked at the box mine came in, and prominently displayed on the end flap is, "Made in India."
Question:	Why does my 1134 quit pumping greese after a greese cartridge replacement
Answer:	It get air in the gun when you change the cartridge just like every other grease gun made. I have owned at least eight or more I have four at the present and they all have to be primed when you replace the grease cartridge. You just pull the handle at the end and turn it till it locks and push on the handle while pumping the gun and it will prime. After it primes then it will pump grease till you have to change the cartridge again but it does not always have to be primed sometimes you get lucky and it primes on its own. This is by far the best grease gun I have owned it has great pressure and is easier to pump than my old pistol grip which broke after about forty years and it is much much better that the Chinese one I bought from Wal-Mart for twenty dollars just before I bought this one.

Important!

When you want to remove the nozzle from zerk fitting, it will be so hard to remove it.

Please follow below steps, then you can remove the nozzle easily---



1. Untighten the hose or nozzle a little bit(this step unload the kept pressure in the hose/nozzle)



2. Remove the nozzle from the zerk fitting easily.



The issue is a nature of the regular greas gun and regualr nozzle, it is caused by the kept pressure in the hose/nozzle which will make the coupler clamp the zerk fitting tightly still,

as long as there is no kept pressure in the hose/coupler, it will be easy for the user to remove the hose/nozzle from zerk fitting.



To avoid this situation in the long run, users can buy the manual unload couple, which will be easier for user to use this.
