I have found that if I fill my Igloo cooler up to the brim (a 10 lb. bag of ice will fill it a little more than 2 times), it will last the entire shift. Since I hate drinking out of bottles or cans, I use a 28 oz. double wall insulated container with a screw on lid. I fill up my insulated container with ice and liquid as needed during the shift.
