Question:	I am looking to power a 400 watt power inverter direct off solar If I wire 4 units in parallel and set the volt to 14 will there be a problem
Answer:	Bridging multiple buck converters is not a good idea. Forgive my last response, I thought you were bridging solar panels.. I've read that buck converters cannot be precisely trimmed enough to allow parallel connections. There way they function, one would be drawing way too much power... This unit, the description states, can handle 200 watts if you add a cooling fan. Might I suggest you look for a 200-250 watt buck converter, and add a 12v DC cooling fan from an old PC to THAT buck converter, presuming it could then handle the power you require?

Answer:	I only run it for about 12 hours for one event. But have had no trouble with it.

Answer:	Trigger turns the timer on. For example I'm using two of these timers on camera system for my truck. I use the left and right turn signal power to trigger seperate timers. I set the timer to 5 sec and the turn signal pulses every maybe 1 to 2 seconds. This timer allows me to keep constant power on the camera instead of a pulse which would have the camera blinking on and off. I think I have the timer set to P4 to make this work. The pulse turns it on and closes the NO contacts putting 12 volts to my camera. When the pulse goes of in 2 sec the timer starts counting down, but when a pulse hits it again in 2 sec it resets to 5 sec again and therefore the 12 volts stays on the camera constant until I turn off the turn signal and the timer counts down from 5 sec to 0 sec at which point it opens the NO contacts and removes the power from the camera.

Answer:	Is the problem that you don't understand the schematic? The positive power source lead should go to the load (motor, etc). The shunt bar goes inline (it is part of the load circuit) on the negative lead back to the power source. After that, just hook up the display to the shunt bar - and one lead back to the power source positive - and you should be good. When you say you don't find any connections, it brings up different questions. Do you have both pieces shown in the listing pictures? Are you looking for answers on a digital voltmeter/ammeter? The only connections on these pieces are screw terminals. There should be a wire connection under every exposed screw. One more item - if the problem is the schematic, the one shown on the amazon listing in the pictures is cleaner than the one on the back of the display. Take a minute to look at it. Hope this isn't too simplistic. Your question makes me go down a couple of different roads. Good luck.

Please don't use this meter in 24V battery because when the battery is full-charged, its voltage will be about 30V(the max input volt for this meter),

and we don't suggest you use it in max volt of 30V

Question:	im a summing that it's ok to install perminetlly and to leave on sense there is no on and off button
Answer:	Mine's permanently installed but is connected to a switched power line on my bike, so it's only on when the bike is. You could leave it unswiched, but it would slowly drain the battery. If you're riding regularly or trickle charging, then I doubt it'd be much of an issue given the low current it draws.
Question:	I connected the red + to the switched access relay and the blk - to battery -. the reading is -.3v then the actual voltage. how can i get actual rding
Answer:	THE A/D converter inside should accurate into the microvolt region....unless the internal reference is off.Maybe the .3v is the VR drop across the relay or connector.Putting a voltmeter in paralell with DROK will give u a voltage reference for troubleshooting the issue
Question:	How long are the wire leads? For on-board motorcycle readings
Answer:	The leads are about 6-8" long. I had to add much longer wires to go to the battery on my motorcycle. I have the meter in the fairing which is a long ways from the battery. I wanted to measure the battery voltage, not off of the ignition switch which has a drop in voltage.
Question:	The plastic adhesive faceplate has deformed and is peeling off. Any recommendations on a replacement face plate? Perhaps an acrylic material
Answer:	Oye. That seems like more work to fix than it is worth. I recommend you contact DROK (www.droking.com/). I had asked them for an installation template, and their customer service was great and they truly seemed interested in providing a good product. They sent me the template and a nice note. Consequently, I think they would want to know what happened and to understand why the faceplate failed. I also think they would replace it for you. Potentially, that may be optimistic, as I only had one dealing with them, but they were very courteous. Going back to your original question. I think it would be hard to make a good repair to the face plate. So I would either contact DROK and get a warranty or buy a different unit.Good luck. RegardsMarc

Battery Specification Adjusting Method:

Under the condition of power off, long-press the button on the back of the module (do not release) and power up the module.

The monitor will display the battery specification, then press the button again to choose the battery specification.

After choosing the specification you need, cut off the power and then power up the module again. The adjustment is finished.



Wiring Method:

Red wire: Battery +

Black wire: Battery -

White plug: the interface of the monitor (please pay attention to the direction of the interface)

Answer:	I’m about to order this for my golf cart, and I don’t foresee any issues. The 4 batteries are connected in series, so your two wires would connect to 2 different batteries: 1) red attached to the positive terminal of the battery whose positive terminal doesn’t lead to another battery, and 2) black attached to the negative terminal of the battery whose negative terminal isn’t connected to another battery
