Answer:	The acne control lotion is not a moisturizer, it is a benzoyl peroxide solution that will dry out your skin. After applying the acne lotion, apply the moisturizer to keep your skin protected and hydrated.

Answer:	I've used it for weeks on and off and never had that problem on the contrary it really helps me control breakouts (?)I would stop using it, there's got to be an ingredient that is causing that.
Question:	How do I use this? Wash face with cleanser, then apply the acne control lotion and let it dry overnight? Is the regular lotion necessary to use or is it only if you're having a lot of dryness
Answer:	I've been using this system for over 8 years because it works. I'm 41 years old now and I have PCOS that causes acne. So, I'll probably be using this until menopause. The original instructions when this product first came onto the market was to use the wash before bed, apply a THIN layer of the acne contol lotion (more like a mask than lotion), taking care to avoid the oribits of the eyes. Allow to dry and leave on during sleep. In the morning, be sure to wash again with the cleanser and apply a tiny bit of the SPF acne lotion, as your skin is very UV sensitive after the all night treatment. There is salylic acid in the "night" treatment, so avoid UV if your face can't handle SPF lotion. Mine can't, so I use Neutrogena sensitive face moisturizer and wear visors or wide brimmed hats and avoid the sun during treatment. I only need to use it about 1 or 2 times a month for 3 days if I have a break out. I can usually pre-empt a breakout with 1 night's treatment if I see a few bumps begin. This product is amazing, and I have even dedicated my make up brand to Neutrogena.
Question:	Where can I just buy the Acne Control Lotion in this pack? - Amazon shows a similar product but it's different
Answer:	Just look for a Benzoyl Peroxide lotion, this one is 2.5% with no irritating products added (that a lot of acne products do). I too think this is the best product in the box, although the moisturizer is deceptively effective and VERy non-pimple forming - which is rare. But if you don't use the other products, I'd try 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Dr Song Acne Gel, or Acne.org 8 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide), or Paula's Choice Clear Regular Strength Acne Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. They are more expensive than this set, but you get up to 8x as much Benzoyl Peroxide.

Question:	Can I tweak this product with other additives to make a spot treatment
Answer:	I personally haven’t mixed it with something else to create a spot treatment, I just bought the corresponding spot treatment. I have sparingly left it on as a sort of mask before, so I can’t give you a definite answer on whether it will work as a spot treatment. I don’t suggest mixing it because you might create something harmful for your face, but I can tell you the spot treatment of this line (Rapid Clear) works amazing in conjunction with the face wash.

Answer:	I don't see why not? BUT I'd strictly use it only in the shower and rinse well because it will bleach your clothing.

Answer:	I put on moisturizer first, then the medication and it works for me.
Question:	How long am I supposed to keep this on? Do I leave it on all day or wash it off minutes after applying
Answer:	You’re supposed to leave it on, but it can cause irritation and dry skin. So maybe try 4-6 hours, rather than an entire 12-18 hour day. It also contains peroxide, which will bleach any fabrics that touch your face (shirts, pillowcases, napkins, couch cushions) so that’s another reason you’ll want to clean it off after a few hours.

When I first started using the pads, I used them once in the morning and once at night, but as my skin improved I switched to using them only at night. If I have a breakout, I use them twice a day. You really have to experiment to see how much usage is good for you. If you experience drying, cut back. I started using the pads only on my problem areas, but I now I use them all over my face, except near my chin and mouth which are dry areas for me.

Answer:	The handles have a silicone covering i believe it is. Very nice, and keep them from getting hot against your skin. The funnel is plastic and about in the medium range of thickness. I've had a lot thinner that was useless. I've had thick, very expensive ones. The the money, this is an awesome set. I did all of my canning this season with this set, and all still look like brand new. You won't be sorry for the price! Hope this helps.

Answer:	Since I bought this as a gift for someone, I don't know. Funnels in kits like this will usually fit both size jars. I also use mine when putting berries and sauces in freezer bags. It really cuts down on the mess! :)
