Cranking System Test

Analyze and collect all the starting system data for you to easily understand the complete state of the battery.

1. Enter the cranking test and start the engine as prompted, TOPDON AB101 will conduct and complete the test automatically;

2. The tester will display the result including actual cranking voltage and actual cranking time;

3. If cranking voltage value is lower than 9.6V, the cranking system is regarded as abnormal;

4. If cranking voltage value is higher than 9.6V, then cranking system is working well.

Charging System Test

After the cranking test completed, DO NOT switch off the ignition and press OK key to test charging system. This battery tester will take a few seconds to run ripple test, loaded volt test, and charging volt test in a sequence.

The reliable results include charging volt, ripple test and charging test for your reference.
