Answer:	Wool pad and a rotary buffer is best for heavy cutting but 10458 pad and some fast correcting cream will work wonders. Just follow up with correcting cream on a foam pad.

Answer:	I believe you could, you would only have 3/4 of an inch hanging over. I would rather have some more but if you are careful you could. The danger is if you ran it up against a corner that you could hit what you were waxing with the backer plate and dig into it.

Answer:	I used the fast correcting with this foam pad for small/medium/ heavy oxidation. I found that keeping the pad "wet" helps. And to wipe and inspect the area after a few passes to get the best. I also use Griot's sealant after to help protect the paint.

Answer:	Should work if your buffer has hook & loop attachment plate. You will just need to be careful to not heal the buffer over to far since you will have .25" of your buffer plate not covered by the pad.

Answer:	They seem to be thinner than ones for shaving--by that I mean they are flexible. They are not as sturdy as blades you'd use to scrape paint off of windows. I don't want to use the word "flimsy" because all these blades need to do is cut a pattern in bread dough. They are just fine for that.

Answer:	No not al all! You gave to bend the blade when putting it on and then it holds tight.

Answer:	A fresh razor blade makes a clean deep cut. A bread knife can tear the surface. It'll work but I prefer the lame.

Answer:	Thread it through the blade, starting on one side throught the slotted opening and bend the blade a bit to thread it through the slot on the other side.

Answer:	Its a very small cap, so like a 20th of an ounce.
Question:	Will this clean and remove wax from buffing pads? Compounds and polishes come out easily but wax is not water soluble. Please help
Answer:	I use Griot machine polish and best in show wax with their pads and buffer, cleans wax out ot the pads quite well. Hand wash the pads and make sure your rinse completely.

Answer:	Absolutely not. As previously stated. Many manufacturers of micro fibre towels and detergents. Just don't use fabric softeners. But griots microfiber and pad cleaner is designed to remove wax and polishes from foam pads and microfibre cloths. Regardless of manufacturer, it will still remove the polishes and waxes.
Question:	Can you use this with a high efficiency washing machine
Answer:	I use 50/50 Kirkland washing detergent and this Griot's products and the MF towels come out fine; I use a Speed Wash if they are not badly soiled and if I don't have too many.
