While the plastic tab is inserted it will play 10 seconds of each song, and once you pull out the plastic tab it will play about 27 seconds of "Let It Go", and about 30 seconds of "In Summer". It's pretty irritating, I'm sure most people would have been happy to pay a buck or two more for complete songs, I know I would because having an mp3 player dangling from the mic while kids are dancing and singing is not a good idea.

It has a plastic part/sleeve right before the connector that you plug into your phone, and on each side of the plastic there is a small hole (that’s how it was designed). After about 2-3 months of normal use, that hole rips apart. I also had similar issues with prior versions. I have no idea why they put the hole there if it rips apart after using it normally for a short time..:
