Answer:	you cant return a tire once mounted for obvious reasons, it could be compromised or weakened by simply mounting and remounting it, no one else wants your used tire, used tires are unknown in terms of possible internal stresses. You cant tell if a used tire has a defect that is not visible. Some tire stores offer a warranty though on certain major brands when you get it from them.

Answer:	I have this tires Since 2012 and right now has 72 K miles on them, Still look GOOD. I think will last 2 or 3 years more.

Answer:	As long as it's securely fastened, I don't see why it couldn't be mounted to the ceiling. The mounting is done via 2 screws, which go through eyelet-type openings. It's really heavy, so you'd have to make sure that when you pull the cord out, the mount doesn't dislodge. I'm constantly lifting it off of it's 2 screws and moving it to wherever in the house or yard that I'm working.
