Answer:	you cant return a tire once mounted for obvious reasons, it could be compromised or weakened by simply mounting and remounting it, no one else wants your used tire, used tires are unknown in terms of possible internal stresses. You cant tell if a used tire has a defect that is not visible. Some tire stores offer a warranty though on certain major brands when you get it from them.
