My trailer is installed the TPMS. And it really sounded an alarm that when my tire was punctured by a nail and leaked. Fortunately, I was about to connect the trailer to the car when I found it, not moving.

I don't care about the difference of 1, 2 psi, because when the air is really leaking, it will drop more than 10 psi. This is very dangerous when traveling.

Another advantage is that you can detect that the tire pressure has become higher due to temperature changes. Question:	What's the difference, besides price, between the 400P and 400PA
Answer:	I've had mine for a few years now so I'm not sure but I can say a few things about it. First it is the best portable compressor you can buy. It will fill a 22 inch rv tire in under 5 minutes and reach every tire on a 42 foot dp easily. I believe at the time I bought mine the difference between the PA and the P was a better pump motor and more accessories. The PA came with the truck tire adapter so you can read and fill inner duals tires, an extra air line for a total of 60 feet, and a large analog gauge to easily read tire pressure. I would highly recommend it. I've had mine for a few years and it still looks and works like it was new. Hope this helps you.
