INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

If using a dual head type tire chuck with an inflator gauge and notice air is escaping through the off-side once connected to the tire’s Schrader valve, simply release the trigger and remove the inflator from the Schrader/tire valve. Point the straight side of the outlet up into the air (make sure it’s not pointed at someone). Squeeze trigger, allow air to flow (gravity will cause the sealing valve to drop), and place the chuck end onto the Schrader/tire valve while air is still flowing. Air will start to flow into the tire.

Dual head type tire chucks are unable to inflate a completely flat (zero air pressure) tire. Tire air pressure would normally cause the sealing valve to move and seal the unused side of the chuck. However, if a tire has 0 air pressure, the self-sealing valve has no pressure to react to.

Question:	Has anyone used this with a presta adapter
Answer:	this is an automotive style so it has a schrader valve fitting. Look for a presta valve adapter. They are cheap, buy two they're small so you're going to lose it. Other than specialty bike supplies nothing comes ready to use with a presta valve.
Question:	Can any sort of Presta adapter be used with this inflator
Answer:	Yes, I use it on Presta & Schrader valves on my bicycle tires.
Question:	how do you switch from straight to angled head
Answer:	You don't. The angled head is for checking a truck dual when the valve stem is facing away from you. You go behind it with the angle head and pull it toward you.
Question:	Has anyone verified the accuracy of the gauge
Answer:	It's close when it's new but it will lose calibration. From Roy's review: "To adjust this gauge, take the big screw off of the end, and then pry out the plastic discs with the little holes in the center. Now slide the cartridge out. Take the big screw off the end of the cartridge, and use a little screwdriver to adjust the gauge. 1/2 turn = about 5 psi at the low (30-40 lb) end of the scale. A little trial and error checking against a gauge you trust at the pressures you’re checking... and you’re done." It definitely helped me, I just calibrated mine and it's dead on. I'll add that you want to turn the screw clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the reading.

Question:	What it come with nitrogen tank
Answer:	We have four of these scanners in our shelter. We typically have to charge them once every 10 days or so.
Question:	Does the kit allow the tank to be refillable from a bigger nitrogen tank
Answer:	It will only show the microchip number. Once the chip number is displayed you can check the AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool online to find out who the owner is and/or who manufactured the chip if it is not registered. You can then contact the manufacturer to find out who they sold the microchip to.

Answer:	If it can’t read a chip, you will not receive a message saying so. It will just say chip not found. I have this same scanner and have no problems reading AVID chips.

Question:	What's the difference, besides price, between the 400P and 400PA
Answer:	I've had mine for a few years now so I'm not sure but I can say a few things about it. First it is the best portable compressor you can buy. It will fill a 22 inch rv tire in under 5 minutes and reach every tire on a 42 foot dp easily. I believe at the time I bought mine the difference between the PA and the P was a better pump motor and more accessories. The PA came with the truck tire adapter so you can read and fill inner duals tires, an extra air line for a total of 60 feet, and a large analog gauge to easily read tire pressure. I would highly recommend it. I've had mine for a few years and it still looks and works like it was new. Hope this helps you.

Answer:	With an external regulator, yes. Google RV Geeks Winterizing and go to t=40 seconds to see their solution when using a 150 PSI Viair compressor to blow out their RV water lines. (Sorry, Amazon won't let me post the link here).
Question:	does the hose it comes with attach to the tire either screw on or other
Answer:	The hose attaches to the tire stem like any other pump such as a bicycle pump. You push the end over the tire valve and push the lever down to lock it on the stem.
Question:	Does the hose use a proprietary fitting (connecting from the compressor to the hose) or can I use a standard air hose w/ this compressor
Answer:	The quick disconnect on the 300P compressor appears to be a standard fitting. Not having one handy, I called Viaair (very quick to get them on the phone, kudos!) and their tech support advised that while not all of their portable compressors take standard quick disconnects, the 300P uses a standard "industrial" style quick disconnect that should fit most air hoses used for air tools and tire inflators. They actually recommend doing this if the 300P will be used in freezing, or colder, temperatures, since the included coiled air hose would be too stiff and brittle.

Answer:	You are not using standard refrigeration hoses. Sounds like your either using the mini- split adapter or larger vacuum type hoses. Take it by an HVAC supplier and they will show you the proper size.

Answer:	When the first stage of the regulator is supplied with > 600 PSI, the output is limited to roughly 480 PSI in the fully open position. Also, the guy that said you wouldn't need to go that high for normal use is an idiot. Nobody knows what you will be using this regulator for.

Answer:	Yes it does come with complete electrical connectors and wires to connect compressor to relays.

Answer:	I believe that you are referring to a small DC powered "air" pump... With the air pump, you will not need the CO^2 cartridges.. It will take up a little more room that the cartridges, but will be able to use it several times to keep tire pressure up. Also, if you choose the go with the cartridges, you will need several (6 maybe 8) to inflate a completely flat tire on your M/C.. More if you are riding a large V-Twin type bike, and the tire is completely flat...

Operating Instructions:

1. Make sure the power switch is at OFF position and the vehicle engine is running.
2. Plug the power cord into a 12V cigarette lighter socket.
3. Remove the dust cap from the tire valve, and then attach the air chuck to the tire valve stem, and screw onto tire’s valve stem.
4. Press (M) button to choose the display unit. (4 units available: PSI, KPA, BAR, KG/CM). Press (-) or (+) button to set the desired pressure, and then wait until it stops flashing.
5. Turn on the power switch. The compressor will automatically stop inflating once the desired pressure is reached.
6. When the desired pressure is reached Wheelor tire air compressor/inflator will Auto Stock, then turn OFF the power.

Answer:	Apparently Genuine Innovations makes two sizes of inflators: 16 & 20 gram. You may have a 16 gram inflator and 20 gram cartridges. Or the reverse.Mine fit OK. Like Brian suggests, contact the seller.

Answer:	No you will have to put like a bushing inside for it to puncture

Answer:	doesn't hold up or last long after several use. little screw with o ring inside will come out at some point in time plus it doesnt hold the co2 gas for long. you have to use it all at once. for a quick emergency fix on the road yes its good.overall nah....its bad

Answer:	I'm pretty sure u can change the pressure switch to get what you need however you will need to check the specs on the tank itself to ensure it can sustain that amount of pressure. You just have to remember that the compressor is design to bring the system up to what it was designed for so anything after that may bog down the compressor.

Uniweld's NV1 NitroVue Nitrogen Flow Indicator is nitrogen purging simplified. The easy to read flow indicator label and the precision adjustable valve give complete control over the low flow of nitrogen gas during the brazing of copper tubing in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems. The bright orange float ball visually confirms the flow of nitrogen gas and allows the technician to first "Purge" the copper lines at 20+ SCFH and then reduce the flow to "Braze" at 3-5 SCFH during the brazing process thus conserving its consumption and reducing operating cost. The nitrogen must be flowing to displace the oxygen inside the tubing during the brazing process, preventing internal oxidation and the resulting scale. Scale build up inside the tubing can cause blockage in the TXV and within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration system resulting in premature failure. If the orange ball does not rise in the tube there is no flow of nitrogen, only static pressure and oxygen is not being displaced. The NV1 must be connected to a Nitrogen Regulator with the delivery pressure set at 60 psi to control the nitrogen gas pressure. The NV1 can be used with complete confidence because it is protected from over pressure with a reseatable safety blow off that opens at 200 psi.

Answer:	The inflator will definitely make a sound(s) when it's running. It's not whisper quiet that's for sure. The display should light up when plugged in and you should see you current tire pressure when you attach to your tire valve. If you don't see anything on the display when plugged in, you definitely have a problem. I would contact seller for a replacement. Also, the inflator does also come with a replacement fuse (you may want to check if the fuse blew).

Answer:	4-24-16 The one I received today IS the updated version with the steel mesh hose and 2 AAA batteries. Also, simplified battery installation/replacement procedure. Simply peel back the rubber cover, pry open battery compartment door, install batteries, replace compartment door and re-seat rubber cover.

Question:	can the air chuck be replaced by a dual one, and if so what model
Answer:	Yes, the black air hose that is attached to this unit has 1/4" NPT on both ends and fits standard accessories. It appears that any of the Milton dual head air chucks will fit as they are furnished with female 1/4" NPT.
Question:	Does this unit hold and seal the tire stem well? The clamp looks the cheap one that doesn't stay on the valve stem
Answer:	Put on correctly, it seals and will hold air...it is not a cheap fitting. I have used mine to check tire pressure even without an air hose hooked up when I was just checking.

Answer:	Yes but you'll have to turn regulator up all the way

Answer:	It is rated at 150 psi. The first receiving test I performed it had no trouble and took just over 2 min. to attain 150 psi. It should air them up, I believe that it will.

Answer:	The compressor will hold and supply any built up pressure while not plugged in. But it will not resupply the pressure unless plugged in

Answer:	no. The outlets automatically seal. They "open" when you plug in a hose with the appropriate male connector.
