Answer:	It’s a thermal fuse. Most are universal. Check with your dryer parts online.

Answer:	If the threads are tapered that is correct. If the fitting is straight than NOT true. If you use tape on gas you need the yellow gas tape. I like to dope straight fittings or what some call black pipe fittings even though it is not black pipe. When tapered no dope or no tape is needed

Answer:	you will need at least 4ft. in length to give you enough space to move the stove out if needed. this comes with all the fittings needed to hook up to stove with different size hookups.

Question:	Can this be used on a propane stove
Answer:	No sealant is included. Pipe thread fittings need compound compatible with gas, and compression fittings do not get compound.
