I would pour the cleaner (I don't recall if I had to mix it with water or not but I followed the directions on the container), on the roof and scrub it back and forth a few times to loosen the dirt and I would keep a hose up on my roof at the same time, that way I could do a section at a time, and hose it off before it had a chance to dry. Also hose off the sides so the dirty residue from the roof doesn't leave drip or stain marks |

The problem as I was told by a local detail shop was that the clear coat has simply worn away due to age and lack of proper care over the years. However, it made such an improvement in the appearance of the outside of the RV I was really impressed. It does make a difference on how the sun shines on it and the angle you look at it at but I suspect you might have the same issue as me. If your RV is newer and has been taken care of better than mine had, you may just have an issue with the application and buffing method you used. |
