• Check they are settled into the hole. Use a full flat screwdriver. The bulb will only twist 1/4 twist circle. Then stop. Sometimes the side locks are not lined up. Keep twisting it and roll it until it settles in. Then give it a 1/4 to lock into place. Use a tool that does not slip.
• Carefully handle the bulb by the plastic only. Touching the bulb glass will leave oil residue and can shorten the bulb life.

Answer:	Mine did that several times. Then went completely out. Left side then right side 7 months later. Bulbs were determined bad. Replacing.

Answer:	I really don't know. I had a tacoma 98 (which was the same from 1998 to 2004) and never had dash blown bulbs. But I also had a Chevy 98 pickup that I changed the bulbs... they are the same as the chevy, so I think (but not sure) that it could be an universal size. I also change the bulbs in another chevy with radio shack's bulbs (cat number 272-1141), I keep the socket from the blown bulbs, and put in there the new bulbs... it's kinda tricky but it works!. Good luck!.
Question:	What side door is this for
Answer:	You get it the bulbs by using a car panel pry bar or butter knife. Take the tool and insert it at the bottom of the temperature control area. Slowly pry outward till it pops loose. Once this is done, look at the back of the temperature controling module and you will notice two round dots (smaller than a Dime) and push and twist with your thumb. Replace with new bulb, repeat.
