Answer:	Hello, It's not that hard, it takes just a few minutes. The system is good and give you the flexibility to use it for 2 or 4 bikes. It's a little bit heavy, some people may need help to lift it and connect it, I can do it by myself but it's hard for me to lift.

Question:	Hello. What is the minimum ( lowest ) time delay setting for this relay
Answer:	I successfully cut about 3" off my Forklift. Mine is steel so I used a ferrous blade in my miter saw for a clean cut, but a hacksaw would have been fine too. I then cleaned up the cut with a file and spray painted the end to prevent rusting. Finally, I used epoxy glue to reattach the plastic end cap and clamped it overnight. I didn't drill new holes for the end cap as it actually fits tighter without them. I doubt that I'll ever have to remove the end cap but if I do and I can't pry it off, I'll have to cut it and order another $4.00 cap from Yakima. It sure would be nice if Yakima offered these racks in different lengths!

4 Modes:

●P-1: Signal triggering, the relay connects. When time is over, the relay disconnects. During the delay time

●P-2: Signal triggering, start timing time T1. When T1 time is over, the relay connects. Then when T2 time is over, the relay disconnects (reset)

●P-3: Recycle: when T1 time is over, the relay connects and then when T2 time is over, the relay disconnects, infinite loop. The value of T1 and T2 is adjustable.

If the value of pull in or disconnecting is 0, it can turn off the infinite loop of delayed connecting or delayed disconnecting when power on.

●P-4: If there is signal triggering, the relay connects and keeps connecting. When the signal is disappeared, start timing. When the time is over, the delay disconnects.

During the delayed time, trigger the signal again, delaying stops, the delay keeps connecting. When the signal is disappeared, re-timing again.

Question:	In p-1 operation, does it support a nc connection? i would like it to be closed unless signal received, then open for delay time
Answer:	Yes it does. On the input side there is 3 terminals- 12v power, ground and 12v trigger. On the out put side again 3 terminals- common, one normally closed and one normally open.
Question:	Could I add a set of heated mirrors with this? In conjunction with a switch
Answer:	That should be do-able. I would use a push button not a switch and maybe a relay or contactor if the mirrors draw more amps than the timer can handle.
Question:	How reliable is this? I want to have a delay on my vehicle accessories after starting it, including the emergency equipment
Answer:	I only run it for about 12 hours for one event. But have had no trouble with it.
Question:	What is the trigger for
Answer:	Trigger turns the timer on. For example I'm using two of these timers on camera system for my truck. I use the left and right turn signal power to trigger seperate timers. I set the timer to 5 sec and the turn signal pulses every maybe 1 to 2 seconds. This timer allows me to keep constant power on the camera instead of a pulse which would have the camera blinking on and off. I think I have the timer set to P4 to make this work. The pulse turns it on and closes the NO contacts putting 12 volts to my camera. When the pulse goes of in 2 sec the timer starts counting down, but when a pulse hits it again in 2 sec it resets to 5 sec again and therefore the 12 volts stays on the camera constant until I turn off the turn signal and the timer counts down from 5 sec to 0 sec at which point it opens the NO contacts and removes the power from the camera.
