I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.

Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	No, it has calcium caseinate as the second protein source.

Answer:	It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container... It's placed in these containers by a computer system, not a person so chances of a mistake are minimal.

Answer:	Whey and casein are milk proteins which is why the label states it contains milk. However it does not contain lactose which is a milk sugar. You should be fine but buy the smaller container and track how you react to it.

Answer:	Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me!

Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. Answer:	In the 'Directions' section of the label, one serving is described as a rounded scoop. That's the same as a heaping scoop. Flattening out the powder on the scoop provides less.

Answer:	Serious Mass is a high-calorie gainer with 1,250 calories and 60 grams of protein per serving. PRO Gainer is a high-protein gainer with 60 grams of protein per serving at 650 calories.
Question:	I'm most concerned about it causing gas. Any comments
Answer:	NO Gas with vanilla custard and i give this to my 98 yr old MOTHER who weight 80 LBS as a supplement !! SHE Wd get it cuase shes in a wheelchair- Just finished a 10 lb bag.. DO need to drink WATER cuase HIGH protein can stop u up.. I also add ice cream to it:) tastes great! Good stuff- Doc approved! Shes in GREAT shape + he does Labs on her al the time.

Answer:	Which Gold Standard are you looking at? This is a lean weight gainer vs protein vs bulking weight gainer. Sometimes the wholesalers give us deals if we purchase a large amount at a time. Some sellers (myself included) will discount the price in relationship with the "cost" associated with the product I sell.

Answer:	Sucrulose
Question:	Manufacturer ? only please: is there maltodextrin in this? often falls under”natural” flavors in many protein powders. my body can not tolerate it
Answer:	According to amazon it is a supplement, not a meal replacement.
Question:	Does this product contain whey
Answer:	It tastes really good and is not too thick like some of the others. I like ZonePerfect because it has a higher percentage of vitamins than a lot of the others. Atkins is good too. Atkins is thicker.
Question:	What is "natural flavor"? i have found that "natural flavor" can actually be a hidden source of msg. what does "natural flavor" mean here
Answer:	I like the zone perfect shakes better than premier protein. Since I started drinking these I think the premier ones taste more artificial or "sickly sweet" and I used to love the caramel ones in my coffee.

Question:	I know many protein powders contains potassium and its labeled. I did not see it listed on the nutrition facts here. If there is potassium how much
Answer:	The Gold Standard 100% Plant protein pictured at left is vegan and does not contain milk. If you look at the selection bar at top right of Amazon page, you can choose Gold Standard 100% Whey which is a dairy (milk) based protein. Two very different products both made to the highest quality standards.
Question:	Sick and lost lots of weight. cant workout. can i add weight this way? need to add about 10-20lbs. if its ok how long if i drink a a few times a day
Answer:	Went to the website, only shows the ingredient list which includes: “Natural Flavors” listed as an ingredient. Not transparent at all, I suggest going with an alternate brand that will be transparent vs this brand that offers vague misleading information.

Answer:	No it does not. Whey is a dairy protein which comes from cow's milk, not from plants. The protein sources in Gold Standard 100% Plant are organic Pea, Brown Rice and Sacha Inchi proteins.
