Answer:	I've been using these workouts since P90 (10 years ago.) Absolutely they work - as long as you put the work in. In all honesty - P90x3 is ideal from my current perspective as the workouts are only 30 minutes long, but they kick butt as long as you commit and stick with it. If you want to/need to lose weight, these workouts will do it, but give it at least 4 straight weeks to see a significant difference (and eat properly!)

Answer:	At the risk of generalizing, most females prefer the lean workout instead of the classic. P90x, moreso than the other P90x series programs, does add bulk with the weight training. The lean program focuses more on cardio programs instead of adding muscle.If you choose to go classic and do not want the added muscle (which incidentally ADDS weight ~ albeit it good weight) you should go for higher reps with lower weights. Big muscles are gained through low rep, high weights where you are fighting like crazy to get the last two reps.Find what works for you and go for it.
Question:	You can plug this into a tv to view recordings, right? Does this come with that cord to do so
Answer:	It is really only 30 minutes excluding the cool down and it goes fast. There is an optional "cold start" warm up you can do but it is not part of the workout. The cool down is after the 30 minutes but it is only a few minutes and most time I skip it. I will say that on the tougher workouts I have to pause it to keep up, so it might take 40 minutes to complete.

Answer:	You don't need the extra discs. Before I started I read reviews and ppl were complaining that there the abs disc was extra. I was annoyed. BUT now that I'm on month 2 I realized you don't need to do extra abs because every DVD you get works abs in through all of the core exercises. I've found p90x3 different from p90x and Insanity in that my entire core is getting much much tighter - chest, sides, stomach... And it broke up and loosened my lower back in a very natural, healthy way.So you really don't need to do a separate abs program - you'll get nice abs from the 16 DVDs.

Answer:	I think so, as long as the tape format is the same, in this case media is the mini DV tape and format is AVI, uncompressed audio/video signal of the highest quality. mini DV tapes are used for this format as they have large memory, unlike memory cards, HD's etc which mostly use compressed format (say mp4 etc) and yet claim in some cases to be HQ recordings

Answer:	It varies. You can do the standard 4 week program or increase it to an advanced 13 week after completing the initial program. There are many other variations you can use as well, from the Classic Program to Lean, Mass, and Doubles, which is doing 2 different exercise sets back to back. There’s also an Elite Block which is an additional 4 weeks.

Question:	My thermostat is only used for heating the house and only has 2 wires, a red and white. Can i still use this ecobee
Answer:	If you have a really old 2-wire system, one that does NOT have modern solid state controls, then Ecobee won't work right off the shelf, even with their 2-3 wire power conversion module. These heating plants predate the 1980s and use "dry contact" thermostats. You can make it work if you install a 24v isolation relay. Ecobee outlines the procedure on their web site, but it takes some basic electrical wiring knowledge. I'm not sure if you can use the 2-wire conversion module with an isolation relay - it should be possible somehow or other. If you have a third wire running to the thermostat (it's often there) then you should use it to run 24V to the Ecobee, and ignore the conversion module.
Question:	Is there a provision to bypass the 'auto off' motion sensor so that my dogs don't suffer from the heat when I'm out
Answer:	Yes- you can disable the Smart Home/Away feature under the "Sensors" section of the interface, so that the thermostat will follow only the schedule/preset temperatures. In my case, I disabled it because I wanted the opposite functionality (I didn't want the system turning on if I stopped at home for a hour over lunch). Note that the "Follow Me" feature is a separate setting (found in the Sensors section as well) that allows the system to track where you are in the house and attempt to heat/cool that part of the house closer to your desired setpoint.
Question:	Does the main thermostat have a sensor for the first floor? Or is the white sensor needed for that floor? Is the black hub a sensor
Answer:	Main thermostat and white (remote) includes a temperature sensor and a motion sensor. First, you don't have to use the remote sensor. Second, if you use the remote sensor, the main sensor will combine the input of both (main and remote) temperature sensors and based on the amount of time spent in each area using the motion sensor. If motion is detected more near the main and less near the remote (as a %), then the main temperature will weigh heavier than the remote. As well, you do not need to use remotes and can be assigned to work during selected schedules only. It's quite amazing, but I haven't used them on my system yet. I figured I would learn the rest of the system before I introduced them.

Answer:	Yes, this is a different model then the ecobee3 lite. The ecobee will still be able to function as a thermostat and talk to the sensors, if your wifi goes out. You can still manually control your heating and cooling at your ecobee without wifi.

Answer:	8910W works just fine without WiFi, you just cannot manage it via the phone app or web. Yes it should reconnect when WiFi comes back. I occasionally (every 1-2 months) reboot the WiFi access points when upgrading their firmwares, and the 8910W reconnects just fine.

You would be able to adjust the span setting via the iDevices Connected App. The span regulates how long the equipment runs and how long it waits between runs.
