Answer:	I had a problem once with priming after spraying and the tank got low......I took a water hose and stuck it on the valve in bottom of the tank and the pressure from the hose helped the pump prime and after that I just never let tank get plum empty..........good luck hope this helps

Answer:	No, there's not enough flow for that purpose. You need one for swimming pool application.

Titanium Application Instructions

While not required for Titanium exhaust wrap, HT Silicone Coating will protect and prolong the life of the wrap. DEI recommends a minimum of three coats, each heat cycled for curing before applying the next coat. To cure, HT Silicone Coating needs to reach a temperature of 400°F for approximately 2 hours. Allow to cool before applying the next coat.

Answer:	I have a 2015 Q50 hybrid Sport and I have the same problem, rust all over the exhaust system, and this was a California car. I am going to try to use Rust-Oleum rust reformer which turns rust black and then you can paint over it. I want to try it in a few spots and see how well it holds up to the heat of the exhaust system and if it looks good after week or so I'm going to go ahead and paint over the Rust-Oleum rust reformer with this product. I will post an update hear when available.

Answer:	I can’t see why not. Though I expect it might look slightly discolored if it gets terribly hot. Should perform better than high temp spray paint at any rate. Be sure to ventilate the space the first few times you use the stove. This paint uses heat to cure.

Answer:	It works for what ever exhaust you have but it might be difficult to wrap it unless you have the exhaust unmounted. Also I would recommend applying the coating to the pipe befor wrapping rather then after per the instructions.

Answer:	Yes, of course it's heat-proof. It goes around your pipes which, depending on what part you're talking about, can get over 1000 degrees F.

Answer:	No on the silicone, but a painted wrapping may.

Answer:	My wrap was titanium before spraying. The coating protects the wrap, and adds a flat black color to it. After 4 months, some of the black has rubbed off, showing the titanium and giving the scoot an older vintage look.

Answer:	If you mean to coat something to cook food on, I would certainly not recommend that. This paint spays better than any spray paint I have used but I am sure that VHT would not recommend contact with food, especially at high temperature. I would not recommend using any paint to cook food on.
Question:	How long can VHT102 paint be on surface before curing process starts
Answer:	None of these answers are accurate. VHT Flame-proof paints require the user to cure the paint by applying heat in a baking style. If you are applying the paint to an object that you've removed from the vehicle: (1) Let paint dry completely. (2) Heat to 250°F for 30 minutes. (3) Cool for 30 minutes. (4) Heat to 400°F for 30 minutes. (5) Cool for 30 minutes. (6) Heat to 650°F for 30 minutes. If you can't fit the part that you're painting in the oven, then you'll have to put it back on the vehicle and follow the instructions for curing the paint while on your vehicle: (1) Let paint dry completely. (2) Run at idle for 10 minutes. (3) Cool for 20 minutes. (4) Run at idle for 20 minutes. (5) Cool for 20 minutes. (6) Run under normal operating conditions for 30 minutes. And there you go. Question:	Would a engine with a bad motor mount or two affect the curing process
Answer:	Unless your motor mounts are extremely bad I.E. your whole engine shakes around like an unbalanced washing machine, then it should not affect the curing process. If they are in fact that bad, then you should probably fix that before applying wet paint and attempting to cure it with a massive vibrator.

Answer:	No! will not stick to chrome..best bet is a Jet Hot Coating from a powder coater.. This stuff does not hold up well under high heat conditions, will flake off at the hot bends of pipes

Answer:	I think it is. I have used this primer ONLY on the exhaust of one of our cars. Curing is tricky. Have to follow istructions on the primer can.

Answer:	Yes but any paint will do that as long as you clean the rust off . All your doing is keeping the water and air from getting to the raw metal . The high tempPaint has to be bake in an oven to 600*F

Answer:	I don't see why you couldn't use this for other applications but if your not going to be heating your crafts to over 1000* why would you need a high heat clear coat.

Answer:	It should work for a mold. But if make repeated forms in the mold you will need to teapply at certain intervals. And material not be above 1500 degrees.

Answer:	Yes it can it will withstand temps up to I believe 1500 degrees but it depends as to how close you get to actual exhaust head. I think you should be fine using this on exhaust pipes with no problems but I do recommend at least two to three coats. Hope this helps good luck.

Answer:	This would not work as insulation as it is only paint. It is a paint that maintains its integrity in high heat environments .

Answer:	I bought the 25 gallon atv spraying system from tractor supply. It came with this tank. It was not extra. I had to return it because one of the connections failed and tractor supply could not supply a new 25 gallon tank. So I bought the 15 gallon tank on Amazon and it also came with this small tank in the box as a package deal. It was not an extra item either time period

Answer:	Mine only took about hour of riding. Just depends on how wet they got. Once dry all good
Question:	Does this fit on a Ram
Answer:	It is 2 inches wide and i think like 30 feet long x2 rolls. I used his kit to cover my full length headers and i had like 10 feet left over. This kit more than handles any headers. I would order more long stainless steel tie wraps though, you will need way more than the kit has. Hope this helps
