Answer:	Thanks for the question. This grinding wheel is one-sided. It will be combined with the medium and coarse I do not need the grindstone of Me crude to make the blade.

Answer:	I use the unwritten side because I like to see the writing unscathed. BUT...... it makes no difference which side one uses.

Answer:	These stones don't require flattening/leveling as fast as a combo stone. They do still require maintenance. I use my Ha No 1k to flatten a combo stone I use to upkeep house knives. I then use my Ha No 1k and 5k to flatten each other for my personal knives. The combo gets a quip lap after every knife. The Ha No stones last about 6-8 sessions before I notice any dip. I'll post a video on how to my YouTube very soon. As far as ceramic, no. Only true diamond plates or specialty stones can sharpen those. But if you have a real ceramic knife, it shouldn't need sharpening.

Plus the 300 king shouldn't be a main use stone it's only used to reshape and fix the knife, and you progress with different grades. I have this same stone, and I use knives from shirogami steel to aogami steel, as well western style steels and knives.They all do fine after You build from grade to grade.

Answer:	BEWARE folks telling you what size hose to use. This pump comes in several different models that look identical but have different flow rates and outlet hose sizes. I used the wisdom of amazon comments and promptly bought 3/4" -- the wrong size hose. Garden hose is way too small. My pump wasn't labeled on the body of the pump and came without instructions. My outlet port was 1 and 1/8 inches in diameter, NOT 3/4". Measure yours, don't just check the Q&A then buy something. On another site, I found some specifications, and the pump model A02-111001 uses a hose with a interior diameter of 29mm. That's about 1 and 1/8 inches.

Answer:	I would contact the manufacturer. A lot of pumps are rated to handle a certain range of water temperatures. Some pumps will use the water as a coolant, where others have high temp seals to deal with hot water.

Answer:	probably not as a chemical add pump. Should be fine with small concentration if you add bleach to holding tank.
