Answer: Not sure about this one, but I spent $189 on the Food Saver one and it sealed exactly 7 bags and broke. Returned it and got a replacement thinking it was just a dud and the replacement broke before fully sealing a single bag. I’d say give this one a try but buy the warranty if they’re selling one.

Question: Will this fit in my 1983 Chevy k
Answer: That's a difficult question. In my case I have a 2 door car. Both door locks lock and unlock both doors. So, in my case yes this switch will open both doors. However, I am using the switches with Watson's Street Works lucky Seven controller that enables me to lock and unlock the car remotely with a fob or with the switches in the car. There are other controller available that will do the same thing. You may also build a relay box to accomplish this. But you will need to limit the current in the switches in case one switch is pressed to unlock the doors at the sometime the other switch is pressed to lock the door. That would enable you to lock or unlock both doors with either switch. You would require a more complicated relay/logic block to make the driver's side switch lock/unlock both and the passenger's side to only lock/unlock the passengers side door. That might better be accomplished with a 5 wire switch. I hope that answered your question. Bottom line ... yes it will unlock both doors. But all switches will lock/unlock all doors. You will need relays. If you are replacing switches buy switches that match those already in use. in other words if the originals are 3 wire buy 3 wire switches. If they are 5 wire buy 5 wire switches.

Answer: I wired mine up as follows. The very middle terminal goes to 12v. The two terminals on either side of the 12v both go to ground. The terminal on the unlock symbol is unlock signal. And the terminal on the lock symbol is the lock signal. They work perfectly.
