THE ONLY HOLES THAT ARE NOT PRE-DRILLED ARE THE HOLES ON TOP FOR THE LUGGAGE RACK. THOSE HOLES ARE MARKED FOR YOU TO DRILL OUT IF YOU WANT THE LUGGAGE RACK ON... I LIKE MY PACK AND DEFINETLY CHEAPER THAN NAME BRAND. BUT I DONT LIKE SO MANY HOLES IN IT..... WISH IT WERE SOLID. BE VERY CAREFUL IN RAIN OR WHEN WASHING. THINGS WILL GET WET! DOES COME WITH A LINER THAT BLOCKS MOST OF THE WATER FROM HITTING YOUR CONTENTS IN THE TOUR PACK BUT DOESNT BLOCK IT ALL. HOPE THIS HELPS. THEY DO LOOK GOOD AND HAVE LOTS OF ROOM. WIFE SAYS THE BACK REST IS VERY COMFORTABLE AS WELL |
