Product features
Carlisle Magic Plus Paddle
The Carlisle Magic Plus kayak paddle has an efficient and powerful blade design for touring; or for paddlers who spend a lot of time on the water and want a lighter paddle. The balanced asymmetrical blades reduce torque and minimize wrist fatigue. Slight spooning in the blades grab more water, providing the power needed when paddling a typical 10-to 12-foot recreational kayak. The wound fiberglass shaft provides a sweet compromise between the stiffness needed for a strong paddle stroke and the flex needed to reduce stress on your joints.
Built to Keep Going
The first Carlisle paddles were created more than 30 years ago with local guide and livery companies in mind. Our paddles were built to deliver the core strength and durability that expert guides need. Today, Carlisle offers outstanding recreational kayak paddles and oars in a variety of materials and designs-each suiting the needs and conditions individual paddlers face.
Sturdy Construction
The Magic Plus paddle is built to last, with a wrapped fiberglass shaft and durable glass-filled polypropylene blades. Balanced, efficient, and versatile this paddle performs well in both open waters and near rocky shorelines.
Long-Distance Efficiency
The well-balanced asymmetrical blade design on the Magic Plus reduces torque and flutter so you'll feel less wrist fatigue and can stay on the water longer. The slightly spooned shape moves more water to efficiently propel your kayak through the water.
Compared to aluminum, the fiberglass shaft has a warm touch in cool weather and is cool when it's hot.
Easy Break Down
When you're done for the day, the Magic Plus breaks down into two pieces for easy transport and storage. You can also use the no-fail push-button take down to feather the blades at 60 degrees for right- or left-handed control.
A Length for Every Style
The Magic Plus comes in four lengths - 220, 230, 240, and 250 centimeters. Find the perfect match based on your torso length and the width of your boat.

User questions & answers
Question: | What's the difference between 20x8-8 and |
Answer: | Nothing it is the same size. Which is actually 20-8.00-8 |
Question: | Is it tire and tube or is the tube separate |
Answer: | This is a tubeless tire and is not sold with a tube. |
Question: | Hello |
Answer: | The Turf Saver has a square shouldered, harder, slightly more aggressive tread for better traction, but is more damaging to your grass. The less expensive Turf Saver II has rounded shoulders and softer, less aggressive tread to avoid damaging the grass, but less traction for hills and wet areas. The third ad you listed (Turf Saver 2 Ply) is because these Carlisle Turf Saver tires are available in 2 ply, or in a few sizes, 4 ply and 6 ply. More plies means a more durable tire, but 4 ply / 6 ply will also be stiffer and harder on your grass, and more difficult for a "do-it-yourselfer" to mount on rims. In my own situation, (level, firm, dry, obstacle free lawn) these differences/compromises are insignificant, but might be more important to your lawn situation. |
Question: | Does the tire come with the rims? Or is it just the tires |
Answer: | you can buy them both ways but i just bought tires . price range 50-60.00 .you can also buy them in 2 ply or 4 ply . i got the 4 ply they our a better tire i think . |

User questions & answers
Question: | How is the traction with these Turf Masters on a zero turn mower on damp/wet grass and do they tear up the turf |
Answer: | On a Kubota BX1500 they are good on wet turf. But it is a 4 wheel drive mini tractor. If the grass is really wet you will see faint tread marks on the turf but that’s hard to avoid. |
Question: | What is the tread depth |
Answer: | Carlisle Turf Master 23x8.50-12 .32516x6.6-8 - .275 |
Question: | is this a 4ply tire |
Answer: | Yes. It is a 4 ply tire. In the Texas heat the 2 ply tires don't last more then a year or so. |
Question: | There are two types of Carlisle tires in this size a "CS" and a "NHS". Can you tell me which this is |
Answer: | the multi trac cs is a square shouldered tire, the turfmaster is very similar but the edges are rounded a little. both tires will have nhs on them. it means non highway service |

Answer: | Sorry, used them in the winter but do not have snow in Texas the last two years!! Have worked great in mud, but cannot vouch for snow!! |
Question: | Does the wheel come include too |
Answer: | No, this price is just the tire. Great tires though! Will be ordering two more as some point in the near future! |
Question: | is it tubeless |
Answer: | yes it's tubeless |
Question: | Wondering if this size will fit on my John Deere gator the tire size is 24 x 10.50 Dash |
Answer: | It should fit your 10 in rim ok,but if your other 3 tires are 24X10.5-10 it would go down the road a little lop sided. It would like walking with 2 different sized shoes. But if you replace all 4 tires with the Carlisle it would be fine. |
