How to replace the Door Hinge Roller?

Open lift gate and remove tail light assembly. Lower Slider window (keeps door from sliding all the way back) and turn off door.

Remove the long screw and bolt holding slider cover in plac and insert cardboard under roller assembly.

Remember to have some support holding the door while removing the old roller assembly and to take the keys off to avoid draining your battery while replacing the part.

Remove two bolts securing mount.Tilt mount up and then pull out of guide. Remove C-clip and pin holding assembly to mount.

Repeat above in reverse order and assembly the new slide door roller.

Notes: use the metal bracket from the old part that holds the roller assembly from behind the sliding door because it is not included with this part.

Answer:	I have only been the one to blow the whistle. I have had people from 100 yards+ turn and look when I blew it full blast. I do not know the decibel count. It is a great whistle and I keep it fixed to my PDF at all times. It has been wet many times and still works like it is brand new.

Answer:	On the 120 lb one, as a petite woman I can actually stand up for a ride! Get that one and it is very stable and your kids won't outgrow it for a while. Very durable, I bought it 4 years ago.
Question:	will this work for power doors
Answer:	No you can't. I wanted to do that but the skis do not have foot binders on them. I also tried just not inflating skirt but that really didn't work either. Ended up buy junior sized skis for the 8 year old. It did work well the first year. You can actually get the child on the unit while you are in the boat as the whole thing would float with the child on it.
