Answer:	It doesn't say on the tag and I don't have the package any longer, but it appears to be woven polyester. They are soft for baby to hold and work very well for keeping items attached to the carseat, stroller, etc so we don't accidentally lose things. Really like these!

Answer:	It’s almost fully assembled. All you have to put on is the stainless D-rings. That’s it!!

Answer:	I ordered July 9th, UPS showed it just sat in the label created status, went way past delivery date, Amazon helped me cancel and reorder, still couldn't see tracking in ups, Amazon again helped me cancel and reorder on the 29th because neither Amazon or UPS could find it, when I got home it was delivered, so I probably have another one on its way that I'll have to return if they can't find it to cancel the order, first ever bad experience I have had with Amazon.

Answer:	I would think so, it fit my 2014 Unlimited Sport without a problem, the only problem is it was not stable and the lights shook very badly. I took it off mine and got a bumper with the light bar that solved the problem. To me it was a waste of money.
