Answer:	it loosens over time, but keep tightening until you can't anymore. make sure it is secure before using it or it will slip, but pull as tight as you can and tighten a week later as it will have likely loosened. it does sag a bit, so make sure you are putting it up high enough so when it does sag it doesn't hit the ground.
