Answer: It looks like you might be able to change them. There is a screw on each jaw. The dies look like they are sitting in a groove or channel.

Answer: You would have to contact the manufacture of the product to know for sure but I will say this; I don't know why you would ever have a need to. I don't see how the "die" could ever become worn out as they are a much harder material than the wire ends being applied and apply only straight compression pressure when crimping the wire ends on to the wire. On a rare occasion I've gone even bigger sizes because it does stretch well.
