Answer:	Yes you can, as long as it fits and as long as you crimp it really good but i always recommend the same gauges for both ends, but that's just me.

Answer:	10 gauge wire is not rated for 50 amps. That is the standard wire size for a 30 amp house circuit. I’m not sure why they would make something to fit a 10 gauge wire that can’t handle the current rating for that wire. They also work with 12 gauge which is typically a 20 amp circuit so maybe tgat is the 24 amp rating and it woukd be adequate for that wire and current.

Answer:	Don't believe that they have an amperage rating. I would say that the size of wire it fit would dictate the amperage. It's for #12/ #10. National Electrical code says no more that 30 amps on #10. The wire will carry that much but that might be too much for the terminal.
