When I open the Oil Tank to fill it with Hydraulic Jack Oil first time in 10 years, I surprised. It was almost 80% full. So you may not to fill very often. May be yearly once. Answer:	You probably should ask someone at Bars, www.barsleaks.com. My bottle says Mixes with All Approved Hydraulic Jack Oils. Directions: Clean area around filler cap. Fill jack to proper level, Cycle jack by lifting and releasing a few times to release any air caugt in system. Leaks usually stop in a few days of narmal usage. If leak contunues , repair may be required. My floor jack came right out of the box low on fluid. I added hyraulic oil since I had some on hand and then topped off with Bars. Blead air as directed above and no problem so far and have used the jack many times.

Answer:	The size and type depends on the manufacturer. some are threaded and use a pipe plug. Others use a rubber plug. You will have to measure and investigate to figure out what plug you need.
