Answer:	I can't give you a figure in degrees F. But I can say whatever temperature it is, it is not nearly hot enough to get the job done. I found this heated scraper to be totally useless.

Question:	I am short. Will I be able to clear the entire windshield with this? Or only what is within arm's reach
Answer:	Yes it does work. The cord is long enough to reach all my windows on my Corolla, but if I were not so lazy, I would use it on the driver's side and then open the passenger door and pull the cord through that side. I can reach all areas of windows pulling it through the driver's side only, but it does get tight when I reach around the other side of the car instead of pulling through on the passenger side. It heats in less than a minute. However, there is no signals to let me know it is toally heated--guesswork on that, but it has not failed me yet.
