Answer:	This helmet ran small. It was a very nice helmet but I had to return it as the biggest size would not fit my head.

Answer:	The liner sleeves are about 5" shorter than the leather sleeves. The liner is not a vest, but sleeves are not quite as long as the jacket. It works well enough that I can ride the hwy at 40 degrees ambient temp.

Answer:	We actually to a tape measure and measured my husband head. We used the kind of tape measure that comes with a sewing kit. That's what I would recommend. My husband ended up needed a size L.

Answer:	Be advised, it's a thin shell with minimal padding. I bought it to use while riding my DRZ400SM mainly on street. The face-shield on mine, being clear plastic, has a very noticeable distortion in it. There's on word to describe this helmet, cheappo. However, it does the job and looks good.
