Answer:	Pretty good, actually. You do need a few seconds for your eyes to adjust, but as long as you don't do something dumb like riding in a vehicle with no lights you should have no issue. Answer:	I suspect they will. Although they are ventilated they fog up on me in high temperature environments as soon as I sweat a bit. I would suggest something like ski goggles which are meant for low temps with out fogging. Also, its very hard to find goggles that don't fog.At the same time these goggles are nice for windy and dusty places. When they do fog, I just pull them away from my face and let them air out, but once again, I'm in warm places, not cold.
