I have notice NO scratches at all on my motorcycle. I use this on my 2010 Honda Gold Wing and cover my bike after each ride. It is often off and on the bike several times per week. No issues. I actually saw more scratches with my old motocycle (Honda ST1100) when I used a Dowco cover with only elastic at the bottome. I think the zipper design actually minimized friction from the cover versus the non-Zipper designs. |

| Answer: | I would measure the top of the sissy bar to the ground. I have an 07 VStar Classic w/passenger seat - mid-back sissybar. The cover touches the ground with about an inch extra all around. I have a windshield too. Not sure how high your handle bars are, but the cover could be turned around since it is longer in the front. Hope this helps. |
