Answer:	I did and here is what happened. On Saturday 7/22/17 I was tested at 11:49am and the results were 366. I started taking the Testo boost on Tuesday 7/25/17, I took the 3 pills every night, without missing a night. I was waking up early 3-4am when taking them, the first week, I really didnt mind that, because I didnt feel tired during the day, I actually felt very good. It eventually hit me and one Sunday I was just wiped out & felt very tired all day. I did start being able to sleep until my normal 6am, but was very tired in the morning. Well then I went and was tested again on Saturday 8/19/17 at 11:07am and I was shocked to see that my # had dropped to 274. So not only has it not boosted my testosterone, but it fell 92 points!! WTF? So I would say that the stimulants in these, give you a nice pick me up, maybe take occasionally?? But definately does not do as advertised.

Answer:	I was very pleased with this kit. For the price, it has a lot of content. And, what's more, it is in a soft case with room to add a few items if you so choose. If I need another one, I would get this one. I got this for my car, so I would maybe add a few items if I kept it in the house. Like more gauze and tape.

Answer:	Yes, and it has all the basics items needed to fix almost every single stuff in an accident.
Question:	I live in florida where the cars get really hot in the summer, were talking 135+ degrees. Do you think that will affect any of the supplies
Answer:	Tough to say - at those temperatures the Band-Aid and tape adhesives may get really gooey! But I don't see anything in my kit that I'd be too worried about - nothing like a pop can to explode. To be safe you could put any liquids into a ziplock for extra security! I do that against freezing in Alaska... Overall it is a good starter kit, with room for extras (like chemical ice packs - which DO have liquid and might be a worry for expansion in hot weather).
Question:	The picture shows instant cold pack, but it is not in the description list. Is it included
Answer:	According to other reviews, the ice pack was not in their order due to shipping restrictions. I have ordered 4 altogether (in two separate orders) in the second half of 2014 - all included an instant ice pack. However, at the time I ordered I believe 'instant ice pack' was listed in the description and that mine only had 1 triangle bandage. Instant ice packs can be purchased at your local pharmacy. I found this product on sale to be a great buy. I have since added a few items (there's plenty of extra room, esp. if you removed the boxes and just stick in the bandaids.)

Answer:	yes there are, it is a sturdy blue plastic tweezer.

Answer:	Yes it is a 1/2" role of tape. It's not that thick of a roll and I haven't used it yet but by looking at it I'll say it's about a good 30ft. It's a decent kit not the best but has a great hard shell case that you can easily add too.

Answer:	Yes. Actually, the whistle is about a couple of decibels louder than a couple of other similar sized ones. I tested them side by side. What I like best about this whistle is it doesn't take a lot of breath to blow it loudly. Better in fact, than if you blow very hard. GREAT for kids and anyone with asthma or low capacity lungs or... wants the sound to last more than a couple of seconds. At 1 meter (3 feet) testing with my a downloaded app "Decibel X" I got 111.6 decibels compared to 110.4 and 109.5. Now.. that doesn't really mean anything compared to real world. But should give you some idea of the loudness comparisons in a similar (indoors) setting. It was loud enough that I put on hearing protection when blowing it. I really love this little whistle. I have a couple of others that are MUCH louder, but also much more expensive. But those are carried outside on a strap and the main 'help' whistle(s). this one is terrific just because of it's size, the fact it will fit in here with ease and take up almost NO room, AND is easy to blow, AND is loud enough to be heard up to several hundred yards - depending on location and atmospheric conditions, of course. Still, it's a MUCH better choice than trying to yell, and MUCH louder.
