Answer:	This bag is about 1/4 of a grocery bag. I think a grocery bag would bunch up too much. A plastic produce bag would work better than one with handles. Either way there is no good way to secure the plastic bag at the top and it would eventually get pushed through the elasticized top.

Answer:	I would say they only hold about a quart. I just hang it by my car seat for candy wrappers or other small items. A gallon size would be really big.

A smaller size in this design would provide a very small capacity making it hard to use. For a reference, please check the actual dimenssions of the bag, provided on our Amazon listing.

Answer:	Thank you for your question! On the passenger side, most people choose to place it on the floor, near the console, with the strap looped around the gear shift. For longer drives with no passengers, you may also place it on the passenger seat, hanging on the headrest, or on the floor, in front (and paralel) to the passenger seat, with the strap fixed on the seat (under the seat, or tucked between seat and backrest).

Answer:	Yes, they'll work. In CA, preCovid, we didn't use plastic bags so I bought the 50 for $1 at The Dollar Tree. The item is plastic lined inside so I usually don't line it and could wipe it out with Clorox wipes if needed. Answer:	I was at the car wash and saw mine looked like they needed washed. For a temporary fix, I switched the 2 from driver and passenger sides so the dirtier side was down and they look new again. Sadly, this killed my motivation to wash them immediately. I am excited to see others here have washed theirs though and will be washing mine soon. Germs are gross. I actually came here just to check the answer to this question and to order a 2nd set for my newer car. These are amazing and I recommend them for every car you ever get. Because if you do want to sell a car, it will look so much cleaner if you have kept these awesome things in. It really is a cheap insurance policy. And it may sound like my car is dirty, it’s not, but I keep my cars for a long time. And we have kids and grandkids, and live in a rural area. So dirt, dust, change, Whatever. Answer:	Mine will hold an order of large fries from Sonic with room for two tacos, ketchup & hot sauce and napkins in my 2010 Tacoma. The ad specifically says "what's in your crack?". And that's just on the driver's side. My wife (who I affectionately call "the nagivator") is considerably more messy than I am can fit the entire contents of the overflow from that black hole she calls a "purse". Amazing product.
