Answer:	When your battery is REALLY DEAD , you need to give it a few minutes for some juice to go into the dead battery. Then try to start the car. Even if starting off another running cars battery, hook up the jumpers and wait 5 minutes, then try. This is not anything with this device, it's just how jumping dead batteries is. If the battery is mildly dead then it may start right up immediately. This thing started my 99 Cherokee 4.0L no prob.

Make sure you use an appropriately sized, separate fuse. If you piggyback off another fuse and connect to the hot side it won't be fused, and it will be a fire hazard. Remember, just because something works doesn't make it a good idea.

Answer:	the bags that come compressed to sit in the bottom of the trash can are in a pack of 50. they are similar to the DRIVE brand bin & bags shown on TV. Amazon ASIN # B06XK4LDCQ. They are pricey for bags, but they are handy & i don't use plastic grocery bags. I used to try to keep diaper bags or doggie doo bags in the car but i always take them out & forget to put back. These sit in the bottom of the waste basket. i Use them for wet umbrella more than anything else.
