By my precise calculations, your Jeep is at least 8.2% smaller than when you bought it. (This can vary if you live in a very hot climate) Thus, this organizer will be 1 inch too large today and by next year it's unlikely you could fit it at all. Answer:	The rigidity of the organizer/bag, not folding down, would be compromised. The middle divider is securely sewn into the the organizer on both- inner side walls. The sectioned, (or smaller compartment separator) attaches with two snaps, to the middle divider. This smaller separator/divider can be unsnapped and positioned to the side for two medium compartments. You would have to modify the organizer yourself, to achieve one large open box. Question:	Will it hold files? I would like to use it as a car file cabinet
Answer:	Yes.However I think is it more suited for carrying miscellaneous items such as car cleaning items, car wax, towels etc. I also used it for carrying groceries and hand tools. You can use it to carry paper files and folders. It will perform quite satisfactory. You will not have the Pender flex rail kit or cover to hide the files folders. Everyone will be able see the file folders in the organizer.
Question:	Are there side/end pockets? Can't tell from pics
Answer:	This is a Christmas present for someone and it is already wrapped. IF I remember correctly, it does have mesh end pockets. It was all folded up so it's hard to tell.
Question:	Isn't is supposed to come with adjustable dividers? Mine has two compartments but nothing to sub divide them. Are some of the parts missing
Answer:	There was no mention in description of adjustable dividers, there are 2 compartments and if only one is desired the other one can be collapsed.
