The BCM is located on the right side of the steering shaft above the gas pedal. Just unplug the 5 plugs that are in it and match them up with the new harness and plug them in. Then all you have to do is program the control box.

Answer:	The one I had came with an elastic band that went over the front seat's back. I don't think it can be attached to the back seat of a regular sedan.
