Answer:	Not sure about the shoei's curvature, but I put it on my Arai Corsair which has a slight curve and doubled up the sticky pads. It sticks just fine. The mount can be moved around to a flatter spot on your helmet, but you might need to add some extra gopro bits to extend the arm to where u want it. It's pretty adjustable and u probably wouldn't have a problem putting it on your shoei.
