You can then piggyback on any you have access to that have a signal strength of 50% or more. Swapping out the SIM card is an option you have if you want to with ATT or Verizon

Answer:	I'm not familiar with Apple products. I would think that wifi protocols should work with it.

Answer:	It is actually better to fill with rocks . When filled depending on the size of rock somewhere in the neighborhood of 30-50lbs. This bag is mainly meant for a personal water craft as a temporary anchor

Answer:	It would be stronger but honestly the unit is quite strong in the extended position as well. I used two of these to anchor a large pontoon boat and it did not drift at all, this was fully extended.
Question:	How much does this weigh (approx) when filled with sand
Answer:	Hi, We recommend the PWC anchor for boats up to 18' . We also recommend using a bungee line, if possible, to help in choppy conditions. The bungee line will lessen the "snapping" on the anchor from heavy waves. Hope that helps! Thank you!
