Answer:	According to the manual, you should be able to use an HSP-supported Bluetooth headset (only one) paired with the base unit. Here's the kicker, though: Panasonic states that for best performance, it should be within 1m (3.3 ft) of the base unit, with a max range of about 10m (33 ft). Seems kinda stupid wrong, eh? While I don't personally own a headset, I can say that other reviewers here and on other sites have had either good results (far greater than 3ft), poor results, and everything in between. As such, it seems as though it will depend on how well your headset gets along with most other bluetooth connections. So, if you buy the phone and it doesn't deliver the bluetooth performance you need, you can return it. Sorry for not being able to provide a more definitive answer, but it seems Bluetooth in general can be very temperamental at times (as witnessed by how many Bluetooth keyboard/mouse problems I have seen documented).

Answer:	The only one I've found was was from J@M model PACB-409-15. And they have a high opinion of it. I slightly modified an ARKON mount with the small pouch. I cut down the belt clip to fit in the bracket on dry days and use the pouch on wet days.

For the beginner, your best bet is to buy the Midland 18-2442, Center Load Mag Mount Mobile CB Radio Antenna, available on Amazon for $19.99. It works perfectly with the Midland 75-822 unit. The magnetic base is strong enough to stay put until you remove it. It should be centered on the roof of your car, or truck cab, to radiate the best signal.

Answer:	And no there is no 12v plug or anything. Just has a positive and negative for wiring to your power supply of your choosing. And yes to needing to be wired up which is easier than you think.
Question:	If I wanted to hook this CB up to the cigarette lighter socket, what kind of cord do I need to purchase
Answer:	The CB has two wires built in so all you would need is a cigarette lighter socket adapter and wire it up. The wires are about 4' long so you should have no problems where you mount it. The wiring is very easy - that's the set up I have so I can unplug and remove the CB when I'm just driving around locally.
Question:	Do i need to buy and antenna for this? Or does it come with one
Answer:	It comes with one as seen in the picture, but don't expect a lot of range from the smaller antennas. Buy a 3-5' antenna if you want real range. And no, you don't need to buy an extra able. You can buy antennas for your car that comes with a cable and a magnetic mount to ground it to your car.

Answer:	The 520XL can also be taken to any CB shop and be "peaked and tuned" to over double the factory power. This is a very common practice that any trucker will do with his/her CB. This radio, peaked and tuned will deliver 8.5-9.0 watts with 17-18 watt peaks. This is more than twice the factory (legal) power, and adds significant range and clarity to your radio. As far as I am aware, there are no other compact radios on the market with the ability to be peaked and having the RF gain control in a compact unit is AWESOME. This radio is a gem. Buy it, peak it, love it.

Answer:	No. This is a 10 meter CB and it needs to be taken to CB shop to be converted to an 11 meter. It cost me $40.00 to have this done. Hope this helps you.

Answer:	That depends on the shop. We highly recommend Circuit Master CB in Altoona, IA. They used to do all the warranty work for Connex, so they know these radios really well. They won't "peak" it (meaning set it to overdrive the output so you get distortion and shortened life), but will properly adjust it to maximize your radio user experience.

Answer:	I personally don't like the fiberglass antennas they seem to brake Easey .. trees, freezing rain etc.... the wilsons will last a long time I had one on a truck for over 800,000 before I finally broke it... dual wips will hear better than a single Wilson but the Wilson will get out farther

Answer:	About 5ft. I put a 10" base on mine for clearance so this one is going to be shorter... say, 4ft 8in...
